Custom Order & Return Policy

No Refunds on Custom Items: Because each magnet features your personal photographs, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun on your custom order. IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED EMAIL US AND WE WILL MAKE IT RIGHT!

Damaged Items: If your order arrives physically broken or damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage so we can make it right for you!
